Thiénot Champagne is led by its founders the Thiénot family, Alain and son and daughter Stanislas and Garance. With contemporary styling for the past 25 years, Alain Thiénothas been building a Champagne House with values of modernity and luxury. His ambition for Champagne Thiénot is quality, character and elegance.
Most of the grapes come from its own vineyards, in the famous Cote des Blancs and Montagne de Reims.  From an array of villages, this has a reductive edge to the nose, delivering chardonnay purity and freshness. Grilled-lemon and peach aromas and a palate that delivers limes and lemons. Hints of chalk and white peaches here, too. Taut, fresh finish.
The idea behind Thiénot Brut Blanc de Blancs is that of a handover between two Cellar Masters, a four hand partition between Laurent Fédou and Nicolas Uriel, the transmission of a unique know-how from a master to his pupil. Beautiful interpretation of great chardonnays, the two maestros have developed an original wine that celebrates the delicious and joyful characteristics of this variety.
“A cuvée which expresses, simply and cheerfully, the nobility of Chardonnay. A natural tribute to this wonderful grape variety ambassador of freshness and finesse, pillar of the style of the House. †N.Uriel, Thienot Cellar Master.
