Sonser is creation of Lisanne Van Son. Originally from Holland, she is a sommelier turned winemaker. She did a number of stints around the Loire and in 2018, along with her friend Benjamin, started up a production in the village of Noizay, not far from the town of Amboise. She has also done a number of vintages in South Australia, working with James Erskine and Tom Shobbrook. She’s looking to make an imprint on the natural wine scene and with this wine she’s already heading in the right direction.
