The Grande Cuvée Luigi Moio is a wine that comes from the union of three white vines, Greco, Falanghina and Fiano, which in Quintodecimo are already produced in the mono-varietal version. The manual harvest takes place in small 15 kg boxes and the vinification consists of a soft pressing and a fermentation for 60% in new French oak barriques and for 40% in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 18-20 C. This wine combines the characteristics of each of the parts, providing a contribution greater than their simple sum, creating the conditions for an olfactory and gustatory amplification of the wine and for its greater longevity. The Grande Cuvée Luigi Moio has a straw yellow color and the nose opens with a bouquet with varietal aromas with aromas of exotic fruit and a slight mineral matrix. Full and dry on the palate with a pleasant and persistent aromatic aftertaste.
