It’s deeply textural, seeming almost oily and weighty at times, yet supported by salty minerals and brisk acids with ripe orchard fruits. There’s a good amount of structure here, as the Staforte cleans up nicely through the finale, leaving a hint of sour citrus. This is beautiful today, but it should also do well with short-term cellaring.
